Booking & Cancellation Policies Booking Policy- Our goal is to provide quality care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed and cancelled appointments below. A card on file is required in order to hold your appointment. If this is your first time booking please provide the full name on the card, card type, card number, expiration date, three digit code on the back of the card, and the billing zip code. Missed Appointments & Cancellation Policies When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful to your fellow patients, please call (781)835-7061 as soon as you know you will not be able to make it to your appointment. Please note, Facebook Messanger and Instagram Direct Messages are not an acceptable means of cancellation. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. While we understand there are extenuating circumstances, our time and the time of our other patients is valuable. For appointments canceled within 24 hours there is a $50 cancellation fee. If the appointment is rebooked within 7 days and that appointment is kept, cancellation charges can be applied to services rendered at that time. How to Cancel Your Appointment If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at (781)835-7061 between the hours of 9am-8pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail. We will return your call as soon as possible. Late Cancellations & No-Shows A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 12 hours before the appointed time. In this circumstance, 50% of services to be rendered will be charged to the card on file. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the service will be charged to the card on file. If the appointment is rebooked within 7 days and that appointment is kept, cancellation charges can be applied to services rendered at that time. This is only valid for 7 days and anything past that window will be non refundable.
